Obituary

Baylor Stelk, 3 months, of Grand Island passed from this life to the arms of Jesus on March 26, 2017 at her home. Memorial service will be 10:30 am Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Third City Christian Church. Pastor Scott Jones will officiate. Burial will be at Grand Island City Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm Tuesday at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.

Baylor Faith Stelk was born December 16, 2016, to Austin and Mikayla (Tibbetts) Stelk in Omaha, NE. Three days after birth she was diagnosed with a DNA disorder called Trisomy 18. On Valentine's Day, she was able to go home from the hospital.

She was always happy and loved by so many people. She touched a lot of people and showed that you can fight through anything, and to never give up.

"I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become, A Little Fighter!"

Baylor is survived by her parents; grandparents: Steven (Loretta) Stelk of Grand Island, Troy (Danielle) Tibbetts of Palmer; great grandparents: Marcie Stelk of Grand Island, John (Debbi) Lantz of Grand Island, Vic (Linda) Tibbetts of Palmer, Terry (Jodi) Leslie of Grand Island; uncle: Tyler Stelk; aunts: Shayla Tibbetts, Hailey Tibbetts, Ashley Gowlovech; and special great aunt: Jacy Gowlovech.

She was preceded in death by great grandparents: Bob (Nancy) Mader and Maynard Stelk.
