The "Pink Lady", Elizabeth Carrol Eveland, 92, of Grand Island, passed on Thursday, October 4, 2018.

Carrol was born October 7, 1923 at Grand Island to Leo and Rose (Scott) Dey Ermand.

She was an avid quilter, seamstress, and beader. She made hundreds of quilts, necklaces, bracelets, and Christmas ornaments, as well as making her own clothes, and knitting me a comfortable pair of slippers.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Del Eveland; son, Robert Eveland; parents, Leo and Ruth Dey Ermand; sister, Helen Perkins; and brother, Dale Dey Ermand.

Known as "e Carrol", she is survived by son, Don and Carol of Lincoln; grandchildren, Steve and Shay, Heather, and Michael, and Julie; great-Grandchildren, Lexis and Michael, Vanessa, Dalton, Dawson, Max, Ella, Sky and Colin, Olivia, Christian and Ashlyn; and nieces; Barbara, Dixie, Shirley, Janell and Todd, and McKenna; and nephews, Dwight Jr. and Judy, DJ and Wendy Dey Ermand.

There will be a graveside service will be at a later date.
