Charles "Chuck" P. Bish, age 62, of Grand Island, passed away August 18, 2021.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 10:00am at Peace Lutheran Church 1710 N. North Rd with Pastor Luke Biggs Officiating.Visitation will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 from 5-7pm at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Grand Island City Cemetery.Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.

Chuck was born on May 22, 1959 to Milan and Allene (Miller) Bish in Grand Island.He grew up in Grand Island and graduated from GISH in 1978.He went on to attend the NE College of Technical Ag for a year before joining his father in the cattle business.In 1985 he went to the NE State Patrol Camp for Carrier Enforcement.He retired after 35 years of service as a Trooper/Carrier Enforcement Officer.

He was united in marriage to Janelle Heider in June of 1992 and from this union they had two children, Hailey and Milan Bish.

Chuck had a great passion for hunting and fishing.We all will miss his quick wit and one liners.

He is survived by his children; sisters, Cindy Russell and Linda Delehant; nephew Ryan Russell and nieces, Allie and Lindsey Delehant.
