Deanne Ellen Pelz-Bryant, 66, of Omaha, died Friday evening, November 15, 2013 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home is assisting the family. A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Father Jonathan Sorensen officiating.

Deanne was born April 26, 1947 to Eldon and Altha (Buckles) Pelz in Peoria, IL. She graduated from Grand Island High School in 1965 and attended Kearney State. She was employed at Marriott Reservation Center as a customer service trainer for the last 15 years. Deanne loved music, reading, her sisters, and Siberian Huskies.

Survivors include mother: Altha Pelz of Omaha; sisters: Patricia (Mark) Lightner of Denver, Cindi (Mike) Dreves of Omaha; and nephew Erik Lightner of Laramie Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eldon and brother, Steven.

Memorials suggested to St.Leos' Bell Choir which she had participated in for several years c/o St Leos Catholic Church, Omaha.
