Everett Edward Kasparek was born on June 6, 1913, in Odell, NE. and was born into eternal life on June 6, 2013, in Grand Island.

Everett was born to Henry and Anna Tejcka Kasparek. After graduating from Odell High School, he attended the University of Nebraska, graduating in 1939 with a degree in business administration. In 1940, he married Velma Chapelow. Velma preceded him in death in 1955. In 1960, he married Frances Paine who preceded him in death in 2005.

Everett served in WWII and was stationed in Okinawa and Korea. After the war, he spend the rest of his working life in retail, retiring from Brandeis.

He is survived by children Jim (Pat) Kasparek of Grand Island, Jane (Richard) Pinnow of Racine, WI, Steven (Joan) Paine of Katy, TX, six grandchildren and twelve great granchildren.

Visitation will be at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home on Sunday, June 9th, from 5-7 pm. Services will be at 10:30 am on Monday, June 10th at the funeral home.

Suggested memorials may be made to Wedgewood Care Center or St Francis Hospice.
