He retired as a meat cutter from Skagway in 2015.
Gary lived life to the fullest and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved hanging out in his man cave watching football, playing pool, and working in his wood shop. He enjoyed music and playing around with his guitar, mandolin, and harmonica. He grew up with music and dancing and would dance with anyone who would give it a whirl. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
