Kaylene "Kay" A. Holley, 86, of Centennial, CO, passed away February 28, 2021 at The Denver Hospice
Care Center. She was born January 13, 1935 in Ravenna, NE to John and Anna (Bauer) Dymek. A
graveside service will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 10:00am at Westlawn Memorial Park
Cemetery.
She attended school in Ravenna and graduated in 1953 and went on to enroll in college at Kearney
State. She taught elementary school in rural Ravenna and Seward and was a Media Aide at Grand Island
Senior High. She was united in marriage to Duane Holley on June 21, 1956 in Ravenna. They lived in
Seward, Bridgeport, Spalding, Aurora and then in 1966 they moved to Grand Island. She was a
parishioner of St. Mary's Cathedral.
Survived by sons, Kent Holley of Grand Island and Scot (Melissa) Holley of Centennial, CO; grandchildren,
Margot and Evan Holley and brother, Dennis (Joyce) Dymek of Oklahoma City, OK. Preceded in death by
husband, Duane and daughter, Linda Holley.
