Margaret C. Breaker, 81, of Grand Island died Monday, March 19, 2012 at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island.
Mass of Resurrection will be 10:00 am Thursday at Resurrection Catholic Church in Grand Island. Father Mike McDermott will officiate. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home with a 7 pm Vigil Service. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
Margaret was born on September 16, 1930 in Boelus, Nebraska to Anton and Ellanora (Hansen) Wieczorek. She grew up in Boelus and graduated from Boelus High School.
She was united in marriage to Dale V. Breaker on September 4, 1954 in Rockville, Nebraska. The couple made their home in Grand Island. Mr. Breaker preceded her in death on April 5, 2002.
She was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters.  Margaret enjoyed sewing, crocheting, spending time on her deck overlooking her fish pond, working in her flower garden, and bird watching, especially cardinals. She was also an avid Husker football and NASCAR fan.
Survivors of the immediate family include two sons and a daughter-in-law; Kevin Breaker of Grand Island, and David and Trudy Breaker of North Platte; a sister and brother- in-law, Harriet and Kenneth Shuck of Hastings.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, an infant daughter, Roseann Marie, and a brother, Eugene A. Wieczorek.
