Phyllis Goc, 74, of Grand Island died March 31, 2015 at her home.
A memorial graveside service will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 22, 2015 at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Phyllis was born on July 13, 1940, in Salem, OR to Robert and Inez (Snavely) Neely. She grew up in various towns in Nebraska, including Columbus. The family later moved to Wyoming where she graduated from high school in Cheyenne. She later returned to the Grand Island area and worked as a personal housekeeper for people in Grand Island. Phyllis was united in marriage to Isadore Goc on June 23, 1983 in Doniphan. He died December 26, 2005.
Phyllis was a member of the Rolling Eagles Camping Club. She enjoyed camping, fishing, Bingo, casino bus trips, and coffee with friends at Grandview.
Phyllis is survived by son: Stephen Jellison of Austin, TX; daughter: Stephanie (Stan) Vodehnal of Johnson Lake, NE; grandson: Evan Jellison of Austin, TX; brother: Bruce Neely of Tulsa, OK; cousin: Jan (Jim) Huff-Soper of Lenexa, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband: Isadore.
