Richard John Williams, 80, of Chandler, AZ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Richard was born on August 28, 1944 in Grand Island to Alfred and Lucille Williams. Richard was an asphalt paving contractor who was always there to lend his family a helping hand. He was the go-to guy for many years.

Richard was the original girl dad. He was kind, forgiving, fun, hard working and above all he loved his family.

Richard John Williams is survived by his daughters, Tammy (Dodie) Dexter, Katie (Lance) Roth, Sara (Bobby) Meyers, Jenni Williams, Britney (Josh) Hicks; grandchildren, Teddy, Danielle, Tyler, Tenley, Georgia, Sarah, Bobby, Presley, Jhett, Joshlyn, Londyn.
