Terry Lee Springsguth, 69, of Bellevue, formerly of Grand Island, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Hillcrest Shadow Lake Facility in Papillion, Nebraska.

Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

There will be no visitation held.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, April 22, 2024 at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Andy Springer will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.

Inurnment will be held in Grand Island City Cemetery.

Terry was born October 28, 1954 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Oscar and Marie (Boersen) Springsguth. He grew up in Grand Island. Terry attended CHAP school in Bellevue. He was employed by Goodwill Industries in Grand Island for a short time before transferring to Duet, formerly ENCOR in Bellevue in 1999.

Terry enjoyed music and attended several concerts. He liked to go bowling and shoot baskets. He had a special bond with his pets. Terry traveled extensively with his siblings from the east to the west coasts to visit family members. He also had the opportunity to visit family members in the military in Europe on two occasions.

Terry and his family were members of Trinity United Methodist Church.

He is survived by six sisters and their families: Lucille Becker of San Bernardino, CA, Donna Crosby of Lincoln, Betty Brunsvold of Bellevue, Joanne Homolka of Lacy, WA, Darlene Schoneberg of Grand Island, and Bonnie Carney of Bellevue; and cousins.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Oscar Jr., and Leonard.
